I have been reading and studying about Macrodosing for what seems like years now. It’s always been a touchy situation as I am presently sober in a 12 step program. I have recently been taking 450 mg of Wellbutrin prescribed by my GP for the past five years. I have not felt any significant relief in two years from this medication. The anti-depression medication used to give me a sense of well-being in life. For somebody with depression, a sense of well-being feels like a miracle. So I decided to contact Paul and his organization for some plant medication. I quit taking all my antidepressants so I would start out with a zero. After three days of taking the 650 mg, I noticed a significant difference. For the first time in a long time, it felt like I wasn’t living under an emotional wet blanket. it has only been a couple weeks now, but I feel hope and I’m able to access that sense of well-being pretty easily these days so far. This is still very new for me so I will report back in six months and let you know how things are going.

I ordered my microdose in late April. I initially took one capsule every 3 days. On the days I microdosed, I always felt better. Just a happier mood for me. I should note that I am also using prozac everyday, but as time goes on the prozac is not helping much. I have now decided to microdose every two days and see how that goes. Hoping to be off the prozac soon. Also my experience with Mood Healers was excellent.
